Return Conditions:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.
Return Process:
Prepare the Package: Ensure the item is securely packed with all accessories and original packaging. Ship the Item: Send the package to our return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Provide Tracking Information:
Share the tracking number with us at help@luxellajewellery.com for faster processing.
Refund Details: Refunds will be initiated once the item is received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Important Note: Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
